These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ZenCraft Mahjong Solitaire (the "Game") and the website at zencraftgames.com, operated by ZenCraft Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms.

The Game

ZenCraft Mahjong Solitaire is a mahjong solitaire game published by ZenCraft Games. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and any applicable app-store rules.

Accounts and progress

Progress, settings, and profile data may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device and any linked accounts secure. We are not responsible for lost progress caused by device failure, reinstallation, clearing app data, or similar events unless we expressly provide cloud backup.

Virtual items and ads

The Game may offer virtual assists, rewards, or similar items, and may display advertisements, including rewarded ads. Virtual items have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be changed or removed as we update the Game. Purchases, if any, are also subject to the terms of the platform store you use (Apple App Store, Google Play, or others).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Game
• Use automated tools to play or extract content
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game without permission
• Use the Game or website for unlawful purposes

Intellectual property

The Game, website, artwork, audio, trademarks, and related materials are owned by ZenCraft Games or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Disclaimer

The Game and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenCraft Games and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Game or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game or website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim or ten US dollars (US $10).

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Game or website if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ZenCraft Games operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.
